Yoga für Sportler

Lots of yogis also enjoy running, surfing, cycling, hiking, beach volleyball, playing soccer or golf and other athletic activities! This class focuses on how specific asanas can be used to strengthen muscels and connective tissues that athletes need for stability and balance but are mostly ignored (such as the outer hips and your sexy hamstrings:-) and how to stretch and release areas of the body that are over-worked (for example the quads, psoas and IT-band). Open to anyone interested, this class is also great to tune our body in best shape and working with physical imbalances and how to avoid common athletic injuries over the long term of using your body.
