In Pelvic Floor Magic, we focus on strengthening and connecting to the female abdomen, the center of our body. Through a sequence of movements, breathing exercises and resting positions, the pelvic area is brought into the perfect balance of strength and suppleness.

Very quickly you will notice how you can feel better inside yourself and develop more awareness of your general health and female well-being in particular.

The intention is to inspire you to take what you have learned into your everyday life so that you can celebrate the upcoming summer with ease and well-being. Preventive or supportive in your health process.
