I am Karen and do yoga with all my heart! Ever since my childhood, I have enjoyed exercise, I danced ballet and played tennis. But I noticed that these activities are very competitive. In an increasingly challenging everyday life, I looked for new inspiration for my free time. That’s how I came to yoga and I was overwhelmed by an entirely new physical sense of relaxation, combined with a pleasant sense of exhaustion. With the combination of breathing and movement, I was entirely in the here and now and was able to forget everything around me. I wanted to find out more about yoga and took the 200 hour Vinyasa-Teacher-Training at KarmaKarma Yoga Studio in Dusseldorf in 2019 and the 50 hour advanced teacher program in 2020. Yoga has become a very important part of my life. I want to share these experiences and the sense of happiness that I got to know through yoga with others. Beside my love for the flowing and creative vinyasa style, my heart now beats for yoga for kids. And so I took a training course with Ina Kindkel at Yogagogik to become a yoga instructor for kids. Whether big or small, let yourself by led to with a great deal of heart with creative and strengthening yoga sessions.
