At around 30, I already had two herniated discs.... I was in extreme pain and felt old and frail and was afraid that it could happen again...

Physiotherapy, Pilates and physiotherapy. Doctors advised me not to practise yoga because it would be counterproductive for my body.

I only discovered yoga years later. I stumbled into a yoga class unintentionally. It was a time when I was feeling quite exhausted and tired. I couldn't believe how much lighter, softer and more relaxed I felt after just 60 minutes on the yoga mat! 
It felt like I was flying!  MAGIC?

As a certified yoga teacher, my knowledge of a frail body (which I “healed”), my passion for natural healing through herbs and energy healing, I also want to help you feel freer, lighter and more carefree. No matter how you feel right now, life can be so much easier if you balance your body and mind and give yourself and your body a break after a lot of sitting, exercise or simply after a stressful day. A break that allows you to calm down, recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries! Because only with a powerful body can you step over hurdles with ease, just as our beloved Ganesha shows us.
