For the past six years, we have also been offering our training completely online. This gives you even more flexibility in your time management and makes you a particularly authentic yoga teacher - at your own pace.

We have recorded all the content for you on video and meet every two weeks for a joint live call to exchange ideas and practice teaching. In addition, there are buddy groups and a Facebook group for you as students, so that a loving, helpful community is formed for you.

Divided into 4 workshops, Max offers you a balanced program of lecture, writing, breathing and movement.
The aim is for you to reconnect with yourself on a deep level, reconcile with past events, explore your life path and learn techniques that will directly help you to manage stress, anxiety and depression.
The added value of this face-to-face course is that not only are you embarking on a personal journey, but you are also building a supportive community within the group. You are not alone.

300h Breathwork & Spaceholding training from September 2025 at Karmakarma

This training is much more than learning breathing techniques - it is an intensive journey to yourself and to the ability to create spaces for others safely, consciously and with a pinch of lightness.

It starts with your own process: you dive deep into your own breathing work to recognize and release personal blockages. This path is essential, because only those who have gone through this experience themselves can accompany others safely and responsibly.

Healing
opportunities

Duration of the massage: optionally 45, 60 or 90 minutes.

Price: 45 minutes cost 60€, 60 minutes cost 75€, 90 minutes cost 100€

You can always add a 30-minute foot reflexology massage.

You are welcome to redeem your 30-minute Urban Sports Club massage with us. As we currently only offer massages of 45 minutes you can add 15 minutes for 30€ or 30 minutes for 40€.

Matthias and Meike have a wonderful feeling for people and adjust their massage techniques individually to you. According to your wishes and what your body needs at the moment. Both are trained and certified massage therapists in various massage techniques.

Available times are Monday to Friday from 5pm and Saturday and Sunday by appointment.

All massages must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will have to charge the full price.

Nowadays very common, has the traditional Thai Yoga Massage its origins, like yoga, in India. History goes back to 500 before Chr. naming a personal doctor, friend of Buddha. The principal is the same as in yoga. A better circulation of energy in our body, which has positive effect on our mental and emotional mapping and body.

Energy lines can be found all over the body. By pressing with thumbs, palming with hands, working also with elbows and feet we open the connection of the tissues. Static or dynamic to provide a better energy flow. Each body is unique and has its own rythm. Working with this, is what we call the rocking of the body. An absolute yummy technique. Most of the people love it. The whole treatment is done in fully awareness and offers different stretching you may know as a yogi. Just in a passive way. Blockages can be released and energy can be restored to its natural flow. This improves breathing capacity, mobility in joints and spine.   Thai Massage goes beyond the limitations of the mind and body. Some say it touches the soul.

Please note: The massage is usually on a mat on the floor, fully clothed in loose comfortable clothes.

Antonio is a certified yoga teacher, who joined different Thai Yoga Massage trainings. He teaches since a couple of years in Karma Karma and has an excellent sense in his hands finding the right spots and giving support. Let yourself be surprised.

As our private home is Zeeland our kitesurf lessons take place in Zeeland, Netherlands. Our key kitesurf spots are Vrouwenpolder, Neeltje Jans and Domburg. The spot varies from sesaon, month and wind direction and the level of lessons that you need. Dies variiert je nach Jahreszeit/Monat/Windbedingungen und welcher Level unterrichtet wird. Whether you are coming for beginner kitesurfing lessons or have taken kitesurfing lessons before, we are happy to help you with this fascinating water sport.

You won't find any fixed packages with us, and you won't find more than 2 people in a group lesson when we take to the water. We promise you that! We adapt the kitesurfing lessons to the level of the course participants. Together we achieve more in less time. Our goal? To train you so that you can get out on the water safely as soon as possible!

Matthias Szelersky is a qualified VDWS kitesurfing instructor and will guide you professionally and confidently to your personal goal.
